The person behind CreuForge IT — based in Wales, working with businesses across the UK.
I am the founder of CreuForge IT, and my career has been built at the intersection of Microsoft 365, automation, and data. Across the businesses I've worked with, I consistently observed the same underlying issue: capable teams committed to repetitive manual work, fragile spreadsheet processes, and valuable data that nobody had the time to analyse properly.
CreuForge IT was established to address that gap. I work as a Microsoft 365 consultant and administrator, a Power Apps and Power Automate developer, and a Python and R developer with a genuine specialism in Machine Learning and data analysis. This combination of disciplines is uncommon — most consultants concentrate on a single area. By bringing them together, I can assess a business problem objectively and apply the most appropriate technology, rather than fitting every requirement into the same framework.
The name CreuForge draws on "creu," the Welsh word for "create." I'm based in Wales, and while that's reflected in the name, my work isn't limited to it — I take on projects with businesses right across the UK.
My time is divided between on-site engagements with local clients and remote delivery for organisations further afield across the UK. Whether the task is configuring a Microsoft 365 tenant, developing a Power Apps solution, or training a Machine Learning model on your sales data, my approach remains consistent: understand the problem thoroughly, then deliver the most reliable, appropriately scoped solution.
