I implemented comprehensive Microsoft 365 automation, built custom Power Apps solutions, and designed Power BI reporting dashboards that gave leadership real-time visibility over performance — replacing hours of manual reporting with a live, accurate view of the business.

I built automated workflows using Power Automate, a custom property tracking system, and financial reporting tools that gave the team a single source of truth for every development in the pipeline — from acquisition through to sale.

I designed and built a complete SaaS platform for estate agents from the ground up — tenant management, property listings, automated reminders, and reporting, with a Python backend and Machine Learning models powering predictive analytics, plus Power Apps for internal tooling and Microsoft 365 integration.
